Sarah Hadjimina - the new CEO of Transparent Paper Ltd (TPL)

Dear Business Partner,

This is a moment of reflection and excitement for me. After 32 years as CEO ofTransparent Paper Ltd (TPL) I am writing to share that I am stepping down from myrole. Building on the foundations my father had created and growing this companyalongside dedicated partners like you has been one of the greatest privileges of mylife. The relationships we’ve built, the challenges we’ve overcome and the manyexperiences we’ve shared have made this journey truly special. I cannot thank youenough for your trust and loyalty over the years. Without you, we would not be in theposition we are today. 

As I step down from my day-to-day role, I am immensely proud to announce that mydaughter, Sarah Hadjimina, will be taking over as the new CEO of TPL. Sarah hasbeen part of this company for over a decade, working in various roles and becominga key member of the management team in recent years. She knows this companyinside and out, not only from an operational perspective but also through therelationships she has built with our valued partners. Sarah will be supported in her new role by Ralf Meyer, our esteemed Chief Operating Officer, who has been as well a part of our management team for many years. Together, they will guide TPL into the future, ensuring a seamless transition and continued commitment to excellence. I step down with complete confidence in their leadership and that they will uphold the values that have always been at the heart of TPL.

Although I am retiring from the role as CEO, I will remain involved in the company asChairman of the Board of Directors. I will continue to provide guidance and supportas we embark on this exciting new chapter. My commitment to TPL and to ourvalued partners remains as strong as ever.
